ONECARD SILVER, the upgraded tier of ONECARD offers even more exciting shopping privileges, in addition to the amazing and unrivalled benefits that ONECARD members have already been enjoying.

How to become ONECARD SILVER

ONECARD SILVER Membership will be awarded to any ONECARD Member aged 18 years and above that qualifies the following criteria set by ONECARD within 12 months period:

  1. Cumulative net spending of a minimum sum of RM20,000 with valid earning of RM20,000 worth of UPoints at any ONECARD or 1PAY participating outlets; and
  2. A cumulative of 100 valid UPoints earning or 1PAY transactions (*Each 1PAY Scan & Pay transaction will be counted as 2X transactions)

Note: UPoints Rewards / Cashback / Parking Fees / EV Charges / RSVP deposits and Extra UPoints shall not be applicable for purposes of ONECARD SILVER tier qualification.

Membership Duration & Validity

The ONECARD SILVER membership tier is valid for 12 months, at the end of the 12 month membership, the ONECARD SILVER Member shall be assessed for membership renewal through the monitoring system of the ONECARD programme.

If the ONECARD SILVER Member fails to re-qualify after the completion of 12 months, the ONECARD SILVER Member will then be reclassified as a ONECARD Member with effect from the 7th of the following month via official email & push notification on his/her membership status.

Enjoy 3X access in a year (except Tuesdays) to ONECARD LUXE Lounge located at 2nd Floor Highstreet (machines). This lounge is equipped with free Wi-Fi, mobile charging facility, washrooms & comfortable seating areas as well as snacks and beverages on the house.

Admission:

  • Member must present his/her ONECARD SILVER Tier membership via 1 Utama SuperApp together with ONECARD & IC/ Passport at the Lounge Reception for verification and registration purposes.
  • Member is allowed to bring up to a maximum of FOUR (4) kids.
  • The kids are required to be ONECARD or ONECARD Kids+ members.

How to become ONECARD LUXE

Facts

  • Now kids can be part of the ONECARD family too! ONECARD Kids+ is an added free privilege for valid ONECARD members’ children who are 12 years old and below.
  • The validity of ONECARD Kids+ will follow the corresponding parent’s ONECARD expiry date.
  • Valid ONECARD Kids+ enjoy FREE auto transition to ONECARD when they turn 13 years old. Member can collect his / her ONECARD at any Customer Service Centres or Concierge at 1 Utama.

A special membership status that is catered to senior citizens, offering additional exclusive privileges and benefits on top of the existing ONECARD benefits that are being enjoyed.

Facts

  • ONECARD GOLDEN SENIOR is an added status for valid ONECARD members when they reach the age of 60 years and above, based on their Year-of-Birth.
  • Non-ONECARD members aged 60 years and above are eligible for complimentary ONECARD to gain the ONECARD GOLDEN SENIOR status.
  • The validity of ONECARD GOLDEN SENIOR will follow the original ONECARD expiry date.

New ONECARD members that applied online may proceed to our Concierge, 3rd Floor Highstreet or any of our Customer Service Centres located at 2nd Floor Oval or Centre Court to collect your physical ONECARD.
